Return Policy

You may return any standard item within 14 days of reciept of your order for
a refund through the method in which you paid (check in lieu of cash refund). 
If you are not happy with your order, I will work with you as much as possible
to make you happy!

Our main source of returns is boffer weapons that need alternate specs that we didn't know about.  As we make all of the boffer weapons by hand, please let us know what specs you need before you order and we will accomodate them!  We are here to answer your questions - your order/questions do NOT go into the e-void - they are answered by a real person with over 10 years of LARP and gaming experience.

You will be responsible for any return item shipping and refunds will not be
sent until the item is received at Merchant’s Wares.
