The catalog lists mainly standard items that weI have on-hand, or can make with
the materials we generally have. However, it is by no means the complete
listing of every item I can at Merchant’s Wares. I can do custom designs
on clothing and for boffer weapons, just ask. There are some items that
are not listed in detail, as I don’t tend to go through many of them, but
those items are still available upon request.

Merchant’s Wares shipping policy is to charge an approximation of the shipping
through USPS Priority Mail, and some larger items may have a surcharge.
You may choose another shipping method through email, should you need your items
faster. We do not insure shipping, and do not use delivery confirmation
unless you choose to do so and pay for these services. We have not had a
problem to date with sending items through Priority Mail.

Most items are made by Merchant’s Wares at the time of your order, to
reduce storage requirements, and thus have a 1 week turnaround time.
Usually, I will have them made within a day or two. Priority Mail is
guaranteed as 2-3 business days, so in most cases you will receive your order
within a week and a few days, but two weeks is a safer estimate. If you need an item by a specific date, please include that with your order.

You may also arrange to pick up items at events that I will be attending, or
come out to the events to see what I have on hand. I usually stock
seasonal items and bring a number of assorted supplies and wares with me to
craft shows, LARP events and other faires. If you want to ensure that the item
you are looking for will be available, please contact me through email.
Some items may require a deposit or pre-payment.
